Joining the University of Miami as a Postdoctoral Research Scholar

I’m excited to share that I’ve joined the Center for Digital Cardiovascular Innovations at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine / UHealth System as a Postdoctoral Research Scholar, working under the direction of Dr. Yiannis S. Chatzizisis, Chief of the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine.

The Center is a multidisciplinary clinical and research hub advancing heart care through artificial intelligence and computational modeling. I’ll be extending my work in generative and explainable deep learning to cardiovascular imaging, modeling, and clinical decision support.

This follows the completion of my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno, with the degree awarded in May 2026.
